To get Medi-Cal in California, you must fit in to one or more of these categories:
- Considered low or very low income
- Pregnant or have a child under 18
- Blind or disabled or have a spouse in your household who is blind or disabled
- Tener 65 años o más

Sometimes, you need a little extra care to feel healthy. If you live in San Diego County, then you may be eligible for our personalized support program. We cover services like assisted living, meals, rides and more. To qualify for managed long-term services and supports (MLTSS), you must meet the state’s criteria for needing an institutional level of care and certain financial requirements.
